We are constructing a new purpose-built food processing and retail facility equipped with internationally sourced high efficiency kit at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Our goal is to source the best talent and establish a fresh culture to drive business growth, producing innovative food solutions for sale across Australian and the world.

**ABOUT THE ROLES**
- **Line Leader - **The role of the line leader is to ensure that the daily operation of their line meets the production plan and aligns with product quality and KPI requirements. Working with your team and leading by example, you will instill a strong work ethic, with a consistent focus on safety, GMP, and quality. Tasks include machine operation and set-up, data input and paperwork completion, quality control, and liaising with surrounding teams to ensure strong communication and cohesion within operations. Experience in production leadership within a manufacturing environment is highly regarded.
- **Warehouse Operations Manager - **The Warehouse Operations Manager overseas daily effective management of incoming, and outgoing stock/materials. Aligning with company standards, along with daily stocktakes, and reporting, the Warehouse Manager will have a strong focus on deliverables and KPI's through Safety, Quality, and People. Strong relationship management skills are essential as communication with suppliers and other external stakeholders is a daily requirement.** **Experience in management at a mid-senior level with a familiarity of Warehouse Management Systems.
- **Quality Lead - **Committed to compliance with a high attention to detail, the Quality Lead provides advice and support to the Cuisine Solutions team (including Maintenance, Operations, Planning, Supply Chain), to ensure that customer and legislative requirements are met. This is accompanied with the Lead's support to the Quality Assurance Manager to develop, maintain, and implement systems. Strong skills are required in interpersonal communication, with a high attention to detail in all matters of quality. Knowledge and experience in auditing, claims, customer complaints, product testing and assessments are all highly regarded.
