Strategic Leader, Real Estate Investments

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the origination process for new deals and foster collaboration with asset management teams.
Develop and present comprehensive term sheets and Investment Committee submissions.
Oversee deal execution and due diligence processes to ensure seamless transactions.
Contribute to the development of growth strategies and product offerings.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Represent the organization externally, promoting our platform to clients and industry stakeholders.
