Opportunity Summary

As a Portfolio Manager or Associate Portfolio Manager, you will lead the development and execution of real estate investment strategies, manage high-value portfolios, and represent the organisation externally.

\

You will oversee strategy execution through research, analysis, and insights, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

\

This is a permanent opportunity that offers excellent training and development opportunities, 14% superannuation, and a flexible work arrangement with in-person days at purpose-built hubs and working from home.

About You

\

We are seeking someone with tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics, and solid experience in investment management.

\

You should be confident navigating legislation, regulations, market trends, and emerging issues, and excel in research and analysis using data to drive strategic and creative thinking.

\

As a skilled communicator and natural collaborator, you will build trusted relationships and influence outcomes. Proficiency in financial modelling and familiarity with international investment markets are also essential.
