Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics.
  • Solid experience in investment management with a deep understanding of real estate markets.
  • Confident navigation of legislation, regulations, market trends, and emerging issues.
  • Excellent research and analysis skills, using data to drive strategic thinking.
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
