Software Development Opportunity:
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building tools and systems that power critical control functions across risk, finance, and compliance. These systems must run accurately, reliably, and with minimal manual oversight.
Develop and maintain tools and systems to support post-trade operations and risk management.
Design and implement data pipelines for internal and external data.
Aggregate, reconcile, and analyze trading data from multiple sources.
Calculate and explain profit and loss and various risk metrics across a range of trading strategies.
Maintain high test coverage and enforce software quality through automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Advanced skill and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
Knowledge of market risk and how it's quantified.
A data-focused mindset and strong analytical skills.
