ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health and well-being, identifying their individual care needsDevelop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare teamAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring for side effects and effectivenessProvide emotional support and companionship to residents and their familiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentationEducate residents and their families about health management and available resourcesStay informed about best practices in aged care and comply with regulatory standardsRequirementsRegistered Nurse (RN) qualification and current nursing licenseExperience in aged care nursing or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirableStrong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyCompassionate nature and a passion for improving the lives of elderly individualsKnowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in aged careSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHealth Care Provider
