We're currently on the lookout for a Franchise Development Program Manager.

**Key focus & responsibilities**

This newly created role will suit someone who excels when driving and supporting others to greater success. For this role, you must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong numerical abilities and who can develop and execute franchise concept strategic plan. Importantly you must possess high energy levels, passion and drive, with an ability to inspire and influence others.
- Development & Execution of the franchise concept strategic plan.
- Planning and implementation of the national and local brand and marketing initiatives
- Management of the visual merchandising and signage standards
- Performance management of marketing and promotion agencies and stakeholders
- Leading and development of the direct reports
- Facilitate market intelligence and reporting relevant to the performance of the franchise concept
- Project management delivery on time and on budget delivered to planned scope and ROI
