Trainer and Assessor - CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Trainer and Assessor** to deliver the **CPC40120 - Certificate IV in Building and Construction** course. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging course content, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support student success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate and deliver course modules to students in an engaging and structured manner.
- Assess student submissions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure compliance with training and assessment standards.
- Support and mentor students to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Maintain accurate student records and adhere to RTO compliance requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
- Relevant qualifications in **Building and Construction** (e.g., CPC40120 - Certificate IV in Building and Construction).
- Industry experience in the **building and construction sector**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in online and/or face-to-face training delivery is desirable.
