About Us:

We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as Instructional Facilitators.

Job Description:

As an Instructional Facilitator, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing professional training that is engaging, job-ready and nationally recognised.

You will develop training materials including assessments and learning content, and conduct training reviews to determine individual needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
  • Qualifications in areas such as Warehouse, Building & Construction, Hospitality, First aid, Health Care, Retail, Housekeeping, and a current valid driver's licence

About You:

  • Essential Requirements:
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
  • Qualifications in Warehouse, Building & Construction, Hospitality, First aid, Health Care, Retail, Housekeeping, and current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
