Qualifications & Experience5+ years' experience in the Horticulture industryQualification in Horticulture or equivalent essential.Experience operating and maintaining a large range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment.The ability to lead and encourage team members to work effectively together.Good time management and communication skillsCurrent Chemcert is desirable, or willing to obtain.The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplaceA desire to provide a high-quality commercial maintenance serviceTasks & ResponsibilitiesManage a team on a full-time site located in SydneyOrganisation and programming of tasks completed on siteManagement of team to ensure efficiency and quality is maintained.Regularly liaising with our Management Team to provide a high-quality service for the client.Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.Role is site-based, working with the team to ensure targets are met.Management of a variety of landscapes onsite, ranging from formal gardens to parks and open spaces.Identification and treatment of plant deficiencies and/or pest and disease.Irrigation management and programming.Completion of associated documentation on a regular basis.Fully maintained company vehicleCompetitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiableYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader?
