It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.The ROLE:Actively engage customers in an authentic way in store, sharing product knowledge and providing end to end serviceWork collaboratively with the store leadership team in setting up and facilitating customer eventsAdvocate for My Dan's loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offeringsInstil your love and passion for wine into every interaction and use this to develop team member product knowledgeUndertake a variety of instore tasks, including customer service and inventory tasks as well as duty managementContribute to store sales planning processes by sharing your specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product linesThe YOU:YOU are proficient in the world of wine and have a good understanding of spirits and beerYOU have a thirst for knowledge and love to learn about new and emerging trends and varietalsYOU love to authentically impart your knowledge, inspiring customers and team to continue their adventure of discoveryYOU have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamYOU have a real desire to make better happen for yourself and others and have the ability to work across key customer hoursYOU have experience in a drinks related role, including the wine industry, bar work or liquor retailHow we take care of our PEOPLE:An exclusive discount card for Dan Murphy's, BWS and other Endeavour Group brands including ALH pubs not to mention discounts from Woolworths and Big W.
