We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Liquor Specialist.

As a Liquor Specialist, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for beer and wine with our customers and help them find their perfect drink.

Our store offers a wide range of local and imported brands, making it an exciting time to join our team.

About the role:

- Provide excellent customer service by being enthusiastic, energetic, and efficient

- Be knowledgeable about our products and able to answer customer queries confidently

- While experience is beneficial, your personality and passion for the liquor industry will set you apart

- Be able to stand for long periods of time and lift moderate to heavy loads up to 17kg

- Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

Please note that an RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect drink

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and trends

- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
