A highly regarded major Australian producer in the battery minerals space currently seeks a **Resource Development Superintendent **to lead their premier lithium operation in WA.

Reporting to the Group Manager (Res Dev), you'll be responsible for driving successful resource development at this fast paced, high intensity operation in the Eastern Goldfields. You'll manage a large team of geos & contractors and liaise with production departments to ensure the continued growth of mineral resource inventories to achieve production targets and advise on potential underground development.

This newly created permanent role is offered on a FIFO Perth 5/2/4/3 with great camp facilities and abundant progression opportunities in a rapidly expanding organisation who promotes from within (where possible). A lucrative remuneration package circa $275K including super + attractive short & long-term incentives is offered.
