**About the role**

Supporting our customers in a learning environment, we have a Supervisor (Support Worker) opportunity in Rockingham that will provide a rewarding career empowering our customers to learn new skills in timber products manufacturing within the industrial field.

Timber produces a range of products from pallets, bed bases and crates to customised orders. Currently the team are busily working to produce products for Activ Better Odds Lottery, including giant timber dominoes and cornhole timber games.

Supervising and working alongside a team of supported employees, this role would ideally suit someone with a background in production or manufacturing, who is looking to utilise their skills while giving back to their community.

**This is a fixed-term contract working a **38-hour** week Monday to Friday and will pay $30.66 per hour.**

- Have a demonstrated commitment to safe OSH practices
- A forklift license (desirable) & current WA drivers license

**What we offer**
- Full time permanent position with a base hourly rate of $30.66/per hour
