For over a century, we've been crafting innovative, high-quality products for homes and offices, including market-leading brands like Caroma, Methven and Clark.We're looking for a Segment Marketing Manager who will bring our brands to life for one of our most important customer groups - our plumber segment.
Based in our North Sydney office, you'll work at the heart of our Marketing team, leading plumber-specific category management, activations and championing our value proposition across this critical trade audience.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends strategy, and execution.
You'll partner closely with Sales, the Merchant and Category Marketing teams , and key industry stakeholders to drive growth, launch innovation, and ensure we deliver standout experiences across digital, trade and professional channels.What you'll be doing:Lead the category management of the plumber specific offeringsLead activation plans and campaigns tailored to the plumber segmentTranslate customer insights into actions that increase market share and brand engagementSupport new product launches, with plumber-focused strategiesBe the day-to-day marketing contact for the plumber team and key customersPlan and execute POS, promotions, digital campaigns and eventsTrack campaign performance, manage budgets and report ROICollaborate on content and tools for professional partners and trade groups like Master PlumbersBring creativity and a solution-focused mindset to every projectWhat you'll bring:Marketing, category or key account experience-essential in B2B or product-focused industriesStrong understanding of customer journey marketing, with hands-on campaign execution skills - including automation - ideally with Microsoft 360Great relationship-building skills with a collaborative and commercial mindsetA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business or equivalentPassion for working with trade customers and translating insight into actionWhy join us?
