Barrier Screens is a Brisbane based manufacturer, wholesaler and installer of Screens Blinds Shutters and Curtains. Our unique offering includes an installation service that gives our retail clients the full service of measure, make and install. The uptake of this offering has been quite remarkable resulting in the expansion of our installation team.

The Installation co-ordinator will report directly to the Installation manager and assist in client liaison and booking jobs to ensure all work is carried out in a measured and timely manner. As we are currently implementing a new software package to assist with the work, you will be a key player in the setup and ongoing rollout.

Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded however, its your can do attitude and willingness to learn and implement new systems that will determine the successful applicant.

Key roles and responsibilities:

- Working with the Installation team to facilitate check measures and installations for customers
- Data entry of new orders
- Invoicing
- Carry out other administration functions as directed by your Manager
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of the team
- High level of customer service, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
- Previous experience in administration, reception or in the same industry would be beneficial but not required.
- A positive attitude

$60,000/Year + Superannuation

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
