**The Opportunity**:
As part of our Customer Support team, you'll play a vital role in our warehouse providing support to our service team and customers. You'll ensure parts are interpreted and picked efficiently, invoicing and receipting are correct and provide stellar service to our customers answering queries, solving problems and assisting with parts related technical queries.

As a Warehouse Support Representative, we will set you up for success in this role with comprehensive training upon onboarding. At Komatsu, our success is only defined by your success. **Roster**: Day Shift 730am-4pm x 5 days (Monday to Friday) + plenty of overtime available and additional OT rates apply

**Location**: Wollongong Branch (Unanderra)

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience in similar warehousing role, with despatch, picking, invoicing and parts interpreting functions.
- Background in mobile plant parts interpreting or automotive parts interpreting is advantageous.
- A proven high level of customer service
- Minimum of C class Licence
- Forklift licence preferred.
- Sound understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of dynamics programming would be an advantage.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
