**The Opportunity**

The Test Environment Officer will define and put in place processes and procedures to manage and monitor the different test environments

**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Test environments monitoring (disks, space alarms etc)
- Operate different test systems (manual interventions)
- Solve issues and escalate to next level of support when necessary
- Report the status of tests to all organisations
- Support projects in terms of test cards, test contracts, test tools etc

**Signs of success**
- End 2 End testing of software and terminals, someone who is able to do that kind of testing and used to that experience,
- Working with product teams, so familiar with releases, release scheduling, change management and test execution,
- Experienced with test environment monitoring, testing systems, solving issues, test status reporting
- Experience with terminal and protocols
- Experience with customer service
