This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Test Environment Lead / Manager to join an established program team in charge of a complex ERP roll out. As the Test Environment Lead you will need to have previous Test Management / Program Test Management leading the testing efforts on similar complex programs. You will need to have strong Communication and Stakeholder management skills which are key to this role.

**Key Responsibilities, Skills and Experience...**
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to understand their environment needs, create and maintain a comprehensive plan for different environments (e.g., development, staging, production and monitor resource utilization and optimize as needed.
- Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across technologies (where needed) and manage functional, non-functional, regression, integration and usability testing for all systems.
- Develop effective test strategy, plans and reports in alignment with program and workstream schedules and plan, deploy and manage the testing effort across all workstreams.
- Monitor the stability and performance of all environments, troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues promptly and manage version control of environment configurations.
- Review and analyse functional and technical requirements specifications for all systems and integrations and collaborate with Business Analysts to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Undertake test reporting and a review of each release to enable continuous improvements and participate in test/sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospective and program/workstream related meetings.
