**About the role**

As the SAP Functional Analyst HR, your primary responsibility is to analyse, configure, and support the SAP HR module to ensure it meets organisational requirements. You will work with HR business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Configuration and Customisation and Issue Resolution**:

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP HR system configurations
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP HR system users and troubleshoot system issues
- Analyse and resolve system defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

**HR Projects and Data Analysis**:

- Participate in HR-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Utilize SAP HR reporting tools to generate HR analytics, metrics, and reports
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives

**About You**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, large organisation would be ideal
- Expertise with SAP HR will be crucial in implementing and maintaining efficient HR processes within the organisation
- Broad knowledge of Retail Systems and capabilities across multiple platforms would be highly regarded
- Excellent problem-solving skills and you are solution orientated
