Principal SAP Functional Analyst - Financial Business Systems

Successful applicants will be assessed on demonstrated work experience and skills to undertake the following core role duties:

  • Deliver configuration and customization discussions in consultation across business end-user stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Support successful delivery of solutions through strong stakeholder management and hands-on involvement through leading the enhancement.
  • Design, configure, test, deploy and support SAP functionality for Plant Maintenance (PM); Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management SAP modules to enhance business functionality.
  • Provide SAP functional consulting and support to the department and SAP knowledge transfer to the wider support team as required.
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and recommend options and implement solutions to enhance business performance and reform business processes.
  • Provide relevant SAP functional expertise, guidance and training to end users as required.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in SAP implementations.
  • SAP certification and/or minimum 5 years proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Portfolio and Projects Systems; Investment Management; Enterprise Asset Management; Plant Maintenance SAP modules.
  • Experience in projects managed under PRINCE2; ITSM change framework or AGILE.
