Your Role
You'll be a key member of our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation practices.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing large-scale solutions to improve system reliability and performance
Leading a culture of data-driven decision making, monitoring, and automation aligned to SRE principles
Maintaining and scaling distributed systems in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments
Developing tools and processes to support operational management, including security
Identifying technology limitations and developing sustainable improvements using software engineering principles
Requirements
We're looking for experienced professionals who possess:
Strong experience in software engineering, with expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python)
Proficiency in modern software development practices, including git for source control, and CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy
Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics), and Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience leading teams of engineers driving outcomes
