Key Responsibilities:
  • You will help develop and promote SRE best practices and tooling across the organization by partnering with engineering teams.
  • This requires close engagement and collaboration with the engineering community as you work within an embedded SRE team to address key challenges.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in software engineering and system design using Java, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot/debug Java applications in production.
  • Understanding of Service Level Objectives (SLOs), metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Excellent knowledge of reliability patterns and implementing them at scale to maximize customer experience.
  • Awareness of AI and readiness to leverage it to improve productivity and product outcomes.
  • Ability to influence others, drive change, manage stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Strong DevOps fundamentals, with experience in Java, Golang, Microservices, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability tools.
