Highly Skilled System Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a software engineer with a passion for building resilient systems.
- A strong understanding of system reliability is required, preferably in Python and/or Go.
- The ideal candidate will take ownership of the SRE function, pushing it further to achieve scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement load testing and chaos engineering to take the team from 'solid' to 'scalable'.
- Owning the testing guild and coaching developers on performance bottlenecks and test automation.
- Driving high-impact initiatives around reliability and disaster recovery while helping the team become more self-sufficient.
