**The Opportunity
**In the dynamic and challenging world of medical sales, the J&J MedTech Loan Kits team is integral to the successful delivery of extraordinary service to the customers and patients we serve. Multiple opportunities are available for a friendly, passionate and self-motivated individual to join our VIC Loan Kits team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Receive and dispatch loan sets for surgery, including instrumentation inspection and handling
- Driving enquiries from our internal sales team, and our hospital partners
- Support Inventory control and governance
- Work within our E2E supply chain to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will have a critical role within the organisation supporting the entire business to ensure our success. The key focus of this role is to ensure accurate assembly of loan sets that are sent to hospitals for patients undergoing life changing orthopaedic procedures.

The importance of such a role must not be overlooked. It is imperative to the customers we serve that our team executes this task efficiently and accurately, because the reality is that if we get it wrong, it impacts a patient's life.

We have kits that support trauma cases and as such there may be a need for this role to work as part of a 24-hour, on-call roster that is shared amongst the team. Overtime is also required as needed.

**Qualifications**:
We are seeking a new team member preferably with experience in a similar fast paced, high quality, and process and system driven environment. Equally we are just as interested in attracting graduates with Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science degrees or alike degrees.

You will work in a dynamic environment that is constantly busy and each day presents different challenges. You will work with a supportive and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to become a true product expert and can develop a strong partnership with our customers and sales team. The rostered hours for this role vary for 8.5 hours between 7:30pm and 6:30pm. The role will be physically challenging at times, so you will need to be comfortable working on your feet and being very hands on in your work.
