  Are you a BioMed or MedTech graduate looking for a hands-on role in the medical device industry? Join our Macquarie Park fulfillment team, where you'll work closely with Operations and Sales Teams to ensure surgical loan kits are prepared and delivered with precision. This is the perfect opportunity to gain real-world industry experience, develop critical skills, and make a meaningful impact on patient care. The position is full-time (5 days per week) and includes on-call responsibilities when required.
  
  We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has a keen interest in MedTech or biomedical sciences and wants to gain industry experience
  • Possesses strong attention to detail, ensuring surgical kits are packed accurately for critical procedures
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability
  • Takes ownership and responsibility, proactively identifying and solving problems to improve efficiency
  • Excels in time management and multitasking, balancing priorities in a high-performing team
    
    
  You'll be responsible for:
  • Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits for hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure kits meet surgeon and sales representative requirements
  • Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring timely availability
  • Processing all products accurately in the ERP system, following industry standards
