Lotte is set to rapidly expand, and now is the time to join our team and work in one of the world's most unique and exciting retailer environment We hold the title of the world's second largest duty free retailer, operating 20 duty free stores, and our eyes are now firmly fixed on our newly opened 3,000 M2 Flagship store in the heart of Sydney's luxury retail precinct.
This beautifully renovated store on the corner of Market and Pitt Street spans over 3 floors, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team
**This is a part time role, working 28 hours per week**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Implementation and maintenance of all promotional windows and in-store displays.
- Communication of marketing initiatives to the relevant personnel.
- Ensure all in-store merchandising meets/exceeds Lotte's retail standards.
- Maintenance of marketing fixtures and fittings and organisation of display props.
- To be aware of any areas that need improvement and bring them to the attention of the Marketing team.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven creativity within previous roles as a Visual Merchandiser
- A good understanding of retail processes including marketing, store operations and visual merchandising
- The ability to prioritise to achieve deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions and resolve issues
