Our client, a government agency is seeking two junior project analysts to join their team. You will be working within a team that deal with road access requests, eg. bridges, level crossing etc.

**The role**:

- Lead the analysis of business requirements and identify opportunities, risks or issues.
- Implement a formalised system than the current manual system for road access requests
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.
- Monitor, track and report on the status of key deliverables to ensure outcomes and goals are met.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills
- Adaptable and ability to manage competing demands
- Process mapping and documentation experience
- Great attitude and not afraid to roll up their sleeve
- Be able to work cooperatively within a team, managing multiple work streams while focusing on producing successful results.
