We are currently seeking **experienced disability support workers** with a strong background in **complex behavioural support** to join our team in the **Southeastern Suburbs**.

**About the Role**

As a **Complex Behavioural Support Worker**, your responsibilities will include:

- **Providing high-quality support** tailored to individual needs and behaviour support plans.
- **Managing complex behaviours** using approved strategies, including positive behaviour support techniques.
- **Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and community participation.**:

- **Maintaining accurate care documentation** and incident reporting.
- **Collaborating with families, therapists, and support teams** to ensure best outcomes.

**What We're Looking For**

**Minimum Certificate IV in Disability** (or equivalent)
**Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours** (minimum 6 months required)
**Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills**
**Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities**
**Full working rights in Australia**

**Mandatory Requirements**

**National Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check**
**Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC)**
**Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)**
**Valid Driver's License & Reliable, Insured Vehicle**
**NDIS Orientation Module & Infection Control Training**

**Work Type**:Casual, with potential for ongoing shifts**
