**About You**:

- 3-5 years' experience as an Area Manager in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a Centre Director
- Passion for supporting personal and professional growth
- Strong leadership with values of trust and honesty
- Drive for exceeding quality practice and commercial viability
- Exceptional customer service skills

**About the Role**:

- Area Manager for CBD and Northern suburbs of Melbourne
- Champion exceeding quality practice and continuous improvement
- Lead and coach teams for compliance, quality practices, and financial outcomes
- Report on financial, operational, quality, and compliance KPIs
- Support Centre Managers and Educators through A&R process
- Ensure full compliance reporting on incidents and prevention strategies

- Proven leadership in multi-site management within Early Education
- Extensive knowledge of long day care operations, EYLF, National Quality Standard, and more
- Resilient self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and change
