We're on the hunt for a
Vendor Manager
who's not just organised and efficient, but also a natural relationship builder. Whether you've worked in customer success, hospitality, retail, operations, or account management, your skills are exactly what we need.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow partnerships with our external vendors. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things smooth, professional, and productive.
Spot issues before they escalate, dig into the root cause, and come up with smart, practical solutions.
Monitor vendor performance and lead regular reviews. You'll help us optimise delivery, reduce costs, and unlock new value.
Create frameworks and processes that make vendor management more consistent, efficient, and scalable.
Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and help shape vendor strategies that support business goals.
Key Skills:
3-5 years of experience in relationship management, operations, or service delivery.
A positive, proactive mindset-you love learning and adapting.
Strong communication skills-you know how to listen, connect, and get your message across.
Independent problem-solving chops-you take initiative and own your outcomes.
A collaborative spirit-you're a team player who lifts others up.
Attention to detail and a knack for staying organised under pressure.
