The Role
Our client is looking for a Vineyard Farm Hand to join their wine grape vineyard located in Euston, in the Sunraysia region of NSW.
What You'll Do
This hands-on role involves all aspects of vineyard maintenance and machinery operation to support high-quality grape production.
You'll work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, as part of a dedicated team ensuring vineyard operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain vineyard machinery and equipment
Complete daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance
Monitor, record, and maintain irrigation systems
Pruning, vine training, and canopy management
Pest, disease, and weed control
Keep accurate records of spray applications and equipment checks
Participate in toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture
Work collaboratively with management and the vineyard team

Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must have :
Proven experience operating vineyard or agricultural machinery
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to complete basic maintenance
A Chemical User Permit (or willingness to complete)
Prior vineyard experience in large-scale operations
Ability to work outdoors for long hours in hot / extreme weather
Excellent attention to detail and safe work practices
Teamwork and good communication skills
