We are seeking an events professional with demonstrated experience in strategically assessing, improving and delivering an optimised program.

Based in Sydney CBD ,close to public transport, this role is initially for a 6 month contract. Joining an existing Events team, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations and delivery events, but will have a special focus to review and improve the current delivery of events.

The key focus is to increase engagement and attendance in events including sponsorship and delegates. Assessing potential opportunities to enhance brand recognition and value for attendees. Events range from smaller networking opportunities, training and education programs, and larger conferences.

This position is 5 days per week and is to start as soon as possible with Hybrid working arrangement.

**Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to;**
- Customer experience management; working with the Events team and other key stakeholders to review strategy, event feedback, improvement of communications, value for attendees to events, venues etc.
- Reviewing current event program and delivery; developing improved strategy and approach.
- Working as a key player within the existing team; working in a small environment and team to delivery existing program.

- Experienced in the delivery of varied corporate events
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and improving the delivery of events programs
- Team-player; able to work effectively within a small team "nothing too big, nothing too small"
