**Preschool Room Leader - ECT or Diploma in Early Childhood**

We are searching for a strong educator with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Diploma to join our Preschool Team as a Room Leader. This full-time role will provide you with the opportunity to support children in their development, interests, and well-being through our monthly educational program, in-services, and excursions. You will be working alongside educators who have many years of experience and are confident in our policies, procedures, and philosophy.

We believe in incorporating natural elements into our play-based learning programs, creating inviting learning spaces, and building strong and meaningful relationships with our families and children.

**Skills and experience**
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Passion for working with children
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
