Location: Suite 301, 13 Spring Street, Chatswood, NSW
Family Care Orthodontist, part of the Abano Healthcare network, is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Clinical Coordinator to join our busy practice in Chatswood.
Job Description
Coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flowSupporting the Orthodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality careManaging treatment schedules and patient communicationsAssisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussionsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and proceduresSupporting the training and development of team membersBuilding positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or within a Dental practice is essentialCertificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)Experience with Oasis software (advantageous)Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach
