This role involves resource onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, cost monitoring, and reconciliation activities.Key Responsibilities:Maintain workforce plans, track resource utilization, and manage cost reporting.Facilitate contract execution and support invoicing processes.Monitor platform budget position and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.Collaborate with Technology Platform Owners, Product Owners, and Development Managers to ensure seamless platform operations.Drive continuous improvements in workforce processes and platform effectiveness.Qualifications & Skills:3–4 years of experience in PMO, Project, Program, or Platform Coordination.Strong stakeholder management and ability to compile reports across multiple squads.Proficiency in financial planning, business case development, and contract administration.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.Ideal candidates will have experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Life Insurance, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.How to apply To submit your application, please apply online using the appropriate link below quoting Ref No: ******.
