As our online store continues to grow, we're on the lookout for a reliable, organised, and energetic
Dispatch Assistant
to join our warehouse team full time.
About the Role:
Working behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in making sure our online orders are packed accurately and sent out on time.
You'll work closely with our warehouse and customer service teams to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Pick and pack customer orders with care and accuracy
Prepare parcels for shipping via Australia Post and courier services
Assist with stock organisation and inventory checks
Keep the dispatch area clean, organised, and running efficiently
Follow pharmacy product handling protocols and confidentiality standards
What We're Looking For:
Great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Comfortable working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Basic computer skills (we'll teach you the rest)
Previous dispatch, retail, or warehouse experience is a plus—but not essential
Must be available
Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM
