Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years management experience in the optical industry
The ability to lead and motivate a team, develop strong relationships, and communicate effectively
An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth
