Optical Assistant / Receptionist - Join the Ascot Optical Team

Are you a people person with an eye for detail and a love for style? Do you want to be part of a friendly, fast-paced team where no two days are the same? Ascot Optical is looking for a vibrant Optical Assistant/Receptionist to join our boutique optometry practice — and we'd love to meet you

What You'll Be Doing:

- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Booking appointments and managing a smooth front-of-house flow
- Assisting with frame styling and eyewear advice
- Supporting optometrists and optical dispensers with admin and patient care
- Keeping the clinic tidy, stocked, and running beautifully.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Brings great energy and takes pride in their presentation
- Can multitask in a busy environment with a calm, can-do attitude
- Is eager to learn and grow with our practice
- Ideally has previous customer service or reception experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
