Store Manager - Business Growth Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to take their career to the next level and drive business growth as a key leader in our Optical stores.

Become a Business Owner

We offer a Joint Venture Partnership program for experienced Store Managers who want to become business owners and partners. As a Retail Partner, you will be responsible for the operations and profitability of the store, innovating and focusing on maximizing efficiency, productivity, and performance while providing a positive experience to all customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Increase efficiency, productivity, and performance of the business
  • Promote a positive customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve business objectives
  • SUPPORT Oscar Wylee's strategic goals and adhere to industry regulations
  • Drive sales by promoting OW as the leading destination for Optical care

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • The ability to influence, mentor, support, and motivate team members
  • The ability to create a professional and friendly customer experience resulting in loyalty
  • An innovative approach to business
  • A passion to lead with entrepreneurial spirit

Your Offer

You will receive a competitive salary package plus a profit share scheme, working a 38-hour week with two consecutive days off. We also provide financial support through low-interest rate loans and supply chain benefits.
