**The role**:
**The day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Build a talent factory / pipeline to ensure that critical IP is retained within NAB for the next decade
- Ensure alignment to consistent frameworks for continuous delivery
- Ensure appropriate controls are activated and embedded into all key processes

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated in-depth experience and knowledge of modern technology platforms / engineering standards
- Extensive years of experience in mainframe engineering leadership, preferably with experience in banking and financial services
- Experienced in large scale migrations of complex core platforms
- Exceptional understanding of engineering technologies, analytics and business process based solutions
- Strong stakeholder and influencing skills proven in complex contexts
- Proven experience influence engineering team members and engineering managers
- Large scale shaping and delivery experience within complex environments
- Tertiary qualification(s) in a related discipline
