We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Multisystemic Program Supervisor to be that dynamic and pivotal leader to lead our MST team to great outcomes & success

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Program Supervisor or someone looking for that step up and next stage in their career who has a background in leadership.

This role ensures the successful delivery of Multisystemic Therapy - child abuse and neglect (MST-CAN) to children, young people and their families in the MacArthur/Ingleburn area.

MST-CAN is an internationally recognised program for families who have come to the recent attention of child protection services due to physical abuse and/or neglect. Designed to treat 6-17-year-olds and their families and is proven to keep them together, ensure children and young people are safe, prevent abuse and neglect, reduce mental health difficulties experienced by adults and children and increase natural social supports to reduce risk of entering out-of-home care.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications
- A relevant Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work or other related discipline with at least 5 plus years clinical experience.

Desirable Requirements
- Post-graduate qualifications in Clinical, Counselling or Developmental Psychology.
