Join FinXL Professional Services - a leading technology consultancy delivering innovative IT solutions to some of Australia's most respected enterprises.We're currently partnering with a large insurance business on a major transformation initiative and seeking an experienced Business Designer to support key streams of work across Claims and Document Management.This is an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide solutions and business architecture design across complex, multi-year transformation programs.About the Assignment :You'll play a pivotal role in shaping business architecture, stakeholder alignment, and delivery clarity across large-scale initiatives.
Assignments include the Future Proofing Claims Program (Guidewire) and Odyssey (OpenText to ECM Cloud migration).
Key responsibilities include :Designing business solutions aligned to best practice, business strategy, and process architectureMapping the end-to-end business context and cross-program dependenciesValidating solutions to ensure they deliver desired business outcomesPartnering with program and change managers to balance delivery and customer needsWe're Looking For :5+ years in business architecture, business design, or service design rolesExperience shaping business outcomes across large, complex programsExposure to diverse projects (transformation, regulatory, process, and technology-driven)Strong stakeholder management - from SMEs to C-SuiteBackground in general insurance or financial servicesWorking knowledge of HCD, CX / UX, design thinking, and operating modelsBonus : consulting background, Certified BA or Business Architect, Diploma of InsuranceWhy FinXL?
