**Support**the Commercial Claims team to implement strategies, programs, and practices to achieve a lean, productive and efficient business**:

- **Brisbane or Sydney CBD location / hybrid wfh**:

- **6 month role**

The Business Design Advisor will provide expert advice, consultation, and thought leadership on business initiatives that make a real difference to customer and employee experiences and improve business efficiency. The role engages directly with the business on their most important and challenging business issues - understanding, addressing, and solving their priority operational pain points.

**What you'll do**:

- Utilise design thinking, process redesign/reengineering, digital and data analytics, and management operating systems to enhance business processes
- Lead business improvement initiatives and participate in the redesign of processes and systems to improve workflow and performance across the Commercial Claims business
- Partner with various stakeholder groups to bring new ideas, motivation, and positive support to all levels of the team
- Collaborate with counterparts to organise, design, and conduct process optimisation activities to improve business efficiency
- Work collaboratively with the Commercial Claims business and Tribe in diagnostics, planning, future state design, and implementation planning on key initiatives.

**What you'll bring**:

- Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent - Desired
- Demonstrated continuous improvement experience with practical knowledge of various tools and techniques to support stakeholders and effectively influence at all levels to achieve the right outcomes
- Possess strong Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills that can translate operational improvements into financial impact, customer and people impact
- Experience leading workstreams in continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in process-led strategic business transformation.
