**The Role**
We are on the hunt for an experienced Sommelier looking for a step up who has worked in some of Sydney's most on trend and prestigious venues to bring their passion for great wine & beverages and their love of hospitality to our elite venue.
With a mix of clientele ranging from corporates and foodies, to special occasion diners and friends getting together for a night on the town, your passion for service will be ignited here.
Your role will involve all of the Somm essentials including stock management, customer service, offering wine recommendations to patrons and assisting in work a section. This your chance to join a cutting edge, trendy venue to bring your charisma, flair and love of everything wine to patrons from far and wide Make your mark & showcase your expertise in this state of the art venue.
Having worked for some of Australia's best fine dining establishments, your skills will be fine tuned and you will be an expert communicator, with the ability to provide an exceptional service and advice to patrons. Experience working as a Sommelier in some of Sydney's most legendary hatted venues will have you hit the ground running.
