
Customer Support Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team based in Lidcombe on a **permanent full-time** basis working **38 hours a week in our Lidcombe office.**
This role will see you take accountability for customer service administration, across the Sydney branch.
**Your responsibilities will also include**:
- Qualify information through internal channels, received through the ticketing system
- Support through regular communication, data entry, reporting, document.
- Preparation and general support aligned to the business growth and customer retention focus.
- Handle inbound/outbound contact in a professional manner to preserve customer
- Work with our Internal Stakeholders by advising of sales opportunities
- Provide support through preparing proposals as required by our Internal Stakeholders
- Preparing quotes for work orders
- Liaise with customers to confirm site movements and site requirements
- Promptly process all leads as soon as documentation is received, maintaining invoice schedules in line with customer accounts
- Prepare Customer Information Schedules and other reporting
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service and administration would be desirable
- Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, Excel and PowerPoint essential
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to deal with issues promptly and equitably
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
