Army Familiarisation Program: Holsworthy Barracks

The Army Familiarisation Program is a 5 day placement for secondary students designed to give participants an insight as to what a career in the Army entails and the career options available. Participants will be exposed to many of the units within Holsworthy Barracks which may include: 5th Brigade; 5th Combat Service Support Battalion, 5th Engineering Regiment; School of Military Engineering and 4/3 RNSWR.

Participants will experience facilities such as the Mess, Gym (including a fitness assessment and Pool Obstacle Course), Military Museum, Base Accommodation, Military Police and the Battle Simulation Centre & Night Vision Training Centre (Ninox).
