**Position Description**

The Marketing & Digital Coordinator will be hands-on across marketing and communications to drive and maintain growth through digital marketing, content creation, brand management and collaboration with partners.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop content for marketing campaigns and social media channels, manage the social media and marketing calendars and execute marketing campaign assets for promotions and activations ensuring seamless delivery across both their digital and brick and mortar retail outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing content for marketing campaigns and social media channels including images, adverts, video, eDMs, blogs, competitions etc.
- Staying ahead of the digital game and being on top of all trends and developments that affect our industry
- Execute marketing campaign assets for promotions and activations, ensuring seamless delivery across both the digital and brick-and-mortar retail outlets
- Preparing a monthly report including campaign and social media analytics
- Assist with identifying new influencer partnerships and manage the influencer marketing calendar
- Collaborate with the broader team to plan and execute all print marketing materials and promotions for relevant industry expos, major events related to industry and store activations
- Work closely with the graphic design team to drive the execution, and distribution of the Annual Catalogue, which involves coordinating with multiple supplier partners

**Skills and Experience**
- 2-3 years Marketing Assistant /Digital Marketing experience
- Experience in social media and content creation and scheduling
- Demonstrated experience in eDM management
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Shogun, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Google Analytics highly regarded
- Instagram video creation and post
- production/ editing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- An eye for detail with a can-do attitude
