Bushells Building And Maintenance Pty Ltd is a family-owned building and maintenance company operating in the commercial, retail, and insurance repair sectors.
Since its inception in 2015, the company has grown steadily, emphasizing workplace culture and relationships.
We are seeking anEstimator/Supervisorto join our team to assist with client opportunities, quoting, and supervising insurance repair works, aged care projects, and commercial building and maintenance tasks.
The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to ensure quality outcomes are delivered consistently.
Qualifications and attributes:
Highly motivated
Highly organized
Team player
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Knowledge of various building methodologies
Good IT skills
Responsibilities:
Onsite scoping and estimating of works
Day-to-day management of awarded projects
Ensuring all works are completed safely
Tradesperson and subcontractor coordination
Meeting KPIs
Requirements:
High attention to detail
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Maintaining high health and safety standards
Current valid Driver's License and Construction White Card
The position includes a company vehicle and fuel card, mobile phone, iPad, and laptop.
Salary package is negotiable depending on experience.
