Senior Electrical Estimator – Perth-Based | Flexible Work Options

The Role

  • Prepare accurate, competitive, first-principles estimates for design & construct (D&C) electrical projects ranging from $500k up to $10M+
  • Take the lead on major tenders, with responsibility for pricing, value engineering, and client interface
  • Contribute to business growth, shaping how estimating is delivered and refined
  • Collaborate directly with pre-contracts, operations, and director-level leadership
  • Be the go-to for electrical tendering strategy across mining, NPI, road infrastructure, and commercial sectors
  • Occasionally attend site/tender briefings, otherwise, fully Perth-based

Location & Flexibility

  • Bibra Lake office
  • Monday to Friday – standard business hours

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Estimator or PM/Supervisor with strong estimating capability
  • Deep understanding of first-principles pricing – not reliant on subcontract quotes
  • Strong grounding in D&C electrical systems, including switchboards and infrastructure works
  • Excellent communication skills – confident speaking with clients, following up tenders, and building networks
  • Motivated by ownership and opportunity – keen to shape your own role as the business grows
  • Practical electrical background (trade or engineering-qualified)
  • SimPro/Groundplan experience desirable – open to other platforms
